Analytics cookies and consent

Even when Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity IDs are configured, their external scripts are not loaded until you choose “Allow cookies”. Closing the banner with × stores a choice not to allow analytics cookies. You can change the choice through “Change cookie settings” in the footer.

Facility-information correction form

The correction channel uses Google Forms. After you leave this site, Google’s privacy terms apply, and normal network information such as your IP address and browser information may be sent to Google. The current form does not automatically collect email addresses or require Google sign-in. Responses are reviewed by 旅行透析JP事務局 in Google Drive.

Web fonts and icons

For legible Japanese and English text, the site uses BIZ UDPGothic and Source Sans 3 from Google Fonts, plus Material Symbols to clarify actions. When a page loads, normal network information such as your IP address, browser information, and referring page may be sent to Google. These resources are required for display and load regardless of your analytics-cookie choice.

Map tiles

When the map on the search page loads, normal network information such as your IP address, browser information, and referring page is sent to the map-tile provider. The default configuration uses the OpenStreetMap Foundation standard tile service. Every result remains available in the list without using the map.

Processors and international handling

Vercel (hosting), Google (web fonts and icons, Google Forms, and GTM/GA4 only with consent), Microsoft (Clarity only with consent), and the OpenStreetMap Foundation (map tiles) may be involved. These providers may process information outside Japan. Review their terms and privacy information.

Retention and deletion

Access logs, analytics information, and facility-information correction responses are retained only as needed for their purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
